Garry Imalah's book is exceptionally good;

also paul mcgrath's book [can't remember its title... back from the brink?] is sensationally good[/quote]

would also recommend both of these. two others i've read recently and enjoyed were
The Damned Utd, about cloughies short reign at leeds. app johnny giles took an injunction out to stop his name being used in the upcoming film version, and you can see why given the way he's portrayed in the book.

also Calcio, a must read, warts and all look at italian football through the years.

I loved The Damned Utd.

Can't wait for the film early next year too. The cast seems spot on!
