Everyone saw that coming.

Especially Ferrari fans.

Good on him for trying.

It's terrible the way McLaren are being treated.

Be interesting if they have rejected the appeal as inadmissable or because he never ceded enough space before attacking again.
I think the former as they would have lost face on the latter.
Still onwards and upwards, 1pt between them, interesting few races to come. Cant wait

I don't get it. Didn't McLaren ring Race Control twice after that and ask if it was OK? If not they would have told Hamilton to give the lead back again.

Has that been conveniently overlooked by the puppet masters?

Or did I dream that?

All that time, expense and distraction in preparing their case, then going through hours of the hearing, to be told at the end that the appeal was inadmissible.
Some were saying from the start that was the case, so surely a ruling could have been given at the outset?
A cynic might think that it is a deliberate attempt to frustrate McLaren again, but at best it once again illustrates what a mess the F1 administration is in.

And the McLiar Mercedes fans come out with their conspiracy theories yet again

Why can't you all just accept that Lewis Hamilton broke the rules?

Tut tut Jimbob, such pigeon-holing.
I'm actually a formula one fan not a Lewis Hamilton fan. I do think the F1 administration is in a state and it needs a good old run through. Money rules as far as they're concerned.

They asked the race director for his opinion, but although he said it was OK, his opinion has no standing with the stewards.
