Nice win for England last night in the first ODI winning by 20 runs.

KP hit an unbeaten 90. Wickets for him as well.

Wickets for Flintoff (who looked to be really enjoying himself) & Harimson.

Shouldn't go too mad on yesterdays result. The Saffers played very poorly & may of been thinking of the fact that they are going home soon.

Apart from that it was a good performance from the bowlers to knock them over for less than 100 & in only 23 overs.

Makes you think that the next ODI might be a waste of time. They even finished before thay had time to switch on the flood lights yesterday!

A chap i sometimes train at work came in today. His daughter worked at trent bridge yesterday catering and was asked out by AD De Villiers, he isnt best pleased as shes only 17 haha!
