 just been having a look at what this league is about and the amount of dosh involved is mind blowing
no wonder current and ex players are signing up they going to make top dollars
im still trying to get my head around all these auctions (huge amount of dosh being paid)to get players never mind the dosh to get the teams
anyway 8 teams play each other twice in 20/20 games and the top 4 teams at the end of these will meet each other in the semis and then the two victors each other in the final
the tournie starts april 18th until june 1st
the 8 teams are with prices from bet 365
hyderabad -3-1
delhi - 9-2
chennai - 5-1
mumbai - 11-2
mohali - 6-1
kolkata -7-1
bangalore -8-1
jaipur -14-1
anyone any views on this indian premier league???
its worth over a billion dollars
and its live on setanna

Hi Archie,
I'm really looking forward to it!! Its almost something u could only dfix up on the Playstation or somethin!! Fantasy team against fantasy team... It must surely spell the end to test cricket, or atleast force test cricket into figuring out a way to make it more appealing to fans. I heard the other day that the idea of having a set amount of overs in a first innings (120 i think) is floating around!! |

Didnt have any bets in the end but glad Rajastan Royals won, went down to the last ball. Been a great tournament and next year will be even better!
