It didn't help Jol with the way the board undermimed him at the start of the season and this gave the players a scapegoat for their poor performances. Having said that he had to go; and i never really thought he was the right man to take them to the next level.

Big Sam must be feeling as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit with the geordie fans ,so its a real surprise to find skybet advertising him at 5/2 for the bullet in todays bible ,corals go 11/10,snap the 5/2 off their hands if its still available ,5/6 with hills not to see the season out must be the bet of the year ,get on now you know it makes sense.

9.36 update ,phone call to skybet 9.30 when they opened got me the 5/2 had to listen to some piped music for 3 minutes mind while he checked the price  ,get on quick it will last as long as a glass of champers in prince harrys  hand.

If Fat Sam goes, which I think could well happen as he's not the man Ashley appointed so it cant be seen as a mistake like it was when Shepherd hired and fired.

I personally wouldnt be suprised to see a Keegan/Shearer combo take up the reins when Fat Sam is ousted...

newcastle were not spanked but offside goal or not they still came away from London last night with the same number of points the U.K get off most countries in the eurovision contest.
The results were good for my bet boro and Sunderland winning ,big Sam is still a cert to go first and could go as early as next week if Stoke no gimme on current form ,where to knock them out of the FA cup 11/10 lads, only 5/6 hills.think it would take a shock similiar to the special one walking out on Chelsea for me not to land this punt .
Before i go ,its 13/2 with hills for no manager to be sacked ,tiggle me and make me laught billy hills ,is this a joke.

Wouldnt be surprised if Sam was next to go but Shearer next in the hot seat ? Surely not ?

He has no experience whatsover outside playing ! And just because he was a good player does not mean he will even be an average manager !

Of course he may be quite good but only a championship club or lower should be taking that punt you would think ?

fair comment ,but he is a geodie legend ,not all top players take to it but look at nearby Roy Keanne ,took to it like a fish to water came from an impossible position to win promotion.

My favourite quote was when he took the job ,Niall Quinn said at the time if he dosent keep us in this division ,he will be sacked
never got his P45 though
