looking at the weekend coupon the price on the sons seems big for a team who are going to win the league
i think maybe the bookies have priced up on the game on there last meeting with stenny netting a last minute winner but since then the sons have improved/stronger has a team and even thou both teams beat us easily recently i just favour the sons for a win 9-5 hills, probably bigger with betfair
i would fancy us to beat annan but would like to see team news regarding both teams before i punt, especially annan who ive only watched the once but are a big physical team
so if you fancy following me in the poorhouse lump on the sons/mo
ta very much
archibald | survived the poorhouse this weekend has montrose managed a win but the top of the table clash ended all square, maybe the ref didnt help things has he sent off 2 players in the first 15 minutes
anyone any opinions on the shire v annan midweek game???? |

Does anyone have any team news ahead of tonights game between Spurs and Liverpool?
I would have thought that Liverpool would rest the big guns as they have bigger fish to fry. Also this is Spurs only chance of a trophy this year so a Home Win at 2.5 ish on Betfair could be of interest. It all depends on the line ups though as if Liverpool have a near full side out I would leave well alone.
Can anyone help

Torres will probably play as he's missed so many game lately.
I'd expect to see Cavalieri in goal instead of Reina.
Hyypia will defo be one of the center backs with possible Carragher.
Degan another coming back from injury will surely be one of the full backs will possible Insua as the other.
I'd guess Alonso,Lucas,Pennant and babel in the middle as none of those started last weekend.
So that probably leaves Ngog or El Zhar up front with Torres.
That's my guess but the odds on guessing a Benitez team for a league cup would be about 100-1
So to cover myself you could also expect to see Dossena,Benayoun,Spearing or Plessis starting
All in all If Spurs put out as decent team i wouldn't put you off backing them as it would hardly be a disaster for Liverpool if they bowed out tonight. |

Thanks for This Solerina.
I am a bit worried about Torres playing but hopefully he won't be as sharp as normal after missing a few games.
Anyway, I will be backing Spurs for modest stakes with a view to lay in running. The odds of 2.5 seems to big a price for a game that Liverpool can afford to lose.
We shall see. |

Should be ok so long as they sub the keeper.
Gomez must be on borrowed time.

Well done
Wasn't far our with my Rafa prediction either
The team that wanted to win it did handsomely.
Thank God for Gomez or it would have been a rout |
