On the Radio2 News today they said that Cavendish had won his 4th stage today and his 8th stage overall. They then went on to say he has no chance of winning the tour & getting the Yellow Jersey as, like a lot of sprinters, he's not very good in the mountains. This is of course true but no mention of the fact that he has a good chance of taking The Green Jersey! And people wonder why they say the British don't like winners _________________ You're born with nothing, and better off that way,

The fire plane seems to have taken care of it but there was a fire on the mountain and they were heading straight too it. They haven't mentioned it for a while so can only assume it has been dealt with _________________ You're born with nothing, and better off that way,

Yes, there's been a few fires in France - apparently the French Foreign Legion started one/some of them firing the wrong stuff!

Backed Hushovd E/W (1/4-1,2,3) @ 8/1 to win the stage today.
On betfair he's 9/1 for the win and circa evens to place so I take the view that the e/w bet is the way to go as I get 8/1 for the win and 2/1 for the place part of the bet.
