I'm guessing that if you click on it on the horse racing forum you'll get an email each time a new topic is started? Not sure though

You're right, I switched it on and when newyorktony created a new topic it sent me an email !!! I've switched it off now I get plenty enough spam already

Question for Skanky et al.
Is it possible to switch the new button with the "Mark All topics read" button. I automatically go to click MATR but am clicking the new one by mistake.

Hi Sky, As far as I know these buttons were added by freeforums so we can't move them about. Sorry.
