UpdatingDoes each page on the various threads update automatically or should I keep pressing F5 or is there a refresh button?

As you switch from one thread, its automatically updated when you return to it. I didnt know F5 updates the page, i always use the green arrows at the top of the browser.
Edits to add, The green arrows that say refresh (F5) As you move the mouse over it

Cheers, I always use F5 for refreshing when I am on the net, bids on Ebay am I still winning etc. etc.
